Why we started
A decade ago, small job sites in Waukesha couldn't find anyone who'd show up on time for just one portable toilet. Big companies wanted minimums and long contracts. We decided to rent to anyone who needed equipment for a day, a week or a month, without the nonsense. We've grown because we answer the phone and we deliver when we say we will. That's it.
Today we handle construction sites, events, disaster cleanup and everything in between across Waukesha and towns like New Berlin (8.2 miles southeast), Brookfield (9.4 miles northeast), West Allis (14.0 miles east) and Wauwatosa (14.4 miles east). We keep units clean and serviced. One of our techs can pump a septic tank or swap out a dumpster on the same day you call. We stock fencing, trailers and storage containers in sizes that actually fit the job.
What sets us apart
Waukesha Porta Pros owns our fleet. We don't broker equipment from other companies, so we control quality and can promise delivery windows instead of handing you a phone number. When an ADA accessible unit is needed, we know exactly which unit meets ADA Standards section 213.2 for accessible clustering and has the 36 inch minimum clear width per ADA Standards section 403.5.1. OSHA portable toilet requirements matter on construction sites, and we size counts to match the rule: OSHA 1926.51(c) requires 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, then 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers up to 200, and 1 seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more.
Handwashing is not optional on sites where work involves paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides. OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities in those contexts, and per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), they need soap and towels or a hand dryer. We install stations that meet code, not hand sanitizer alone. Our handwashing station rental page explains what you actually need.
We price fairly. A standard porta potty rental runs roughly $150 daily or $200 weekly. Longer rentals cost less per day. A deluxe flushable porta potty goes higher. Roll-off dumpster rental costs around $75 per day, $600 per week or $108 per month for smaller sizes. Septic pumping sits in the $250 range. We give honest quotes with no hidden fees.

How to work with us
Call or use our request a quote form. Tell us what you need, when you need it and where. We confirm availability and give you a price. Delivery happens on the day you specify. During the rental, we service the unit on a schedule tied to how many people use it. One service visit per week is the baseline for up to 10 users over 40 hours per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the portable sanitation service standard.
When you're done, we pick up the equipment. If the rental is long (like a residential septic tank cleaning situation), we schedule a final pump and leave the site clean. No surprises. For questions about cost, read our porta potty rental cost page. If you're not sure how many units you need, we have a guide on sizing.
Can you deliver to Waukesha within 24 hours?
Yes. Most requests in Waukesha get delivery the next day if placed before 4 p.m. Same-day emergency rental is sometimes possible. Confirm with us at contact.
Do you service on weekends?
We service Monday through Friday on a regular schedule. Weekend service is available for a premium. Call for pricing.
What happens if a unit breaks down mid-rental?
We replace it. A unit fails rarely, but if it does, we swap it for a working one the same day.
Do you have ADA accessible units?
Yes. An ADA accessible porta potty must meet ADA Standards section 213.2 and have a 32 inch minimum clear door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3. All our accessible units pass. Reserve early for events.
What areas do you cover besides Waukesha?
